About the Employee Self Service

Employee Self Service Online (ESSO) is a system which provides secure web based access for current members of staff to view selected personnel information which is stored in CQU's HR Information System - Alesco.

Accessing the Employee Self Service

Click on the Employee Self Service Online icon above, to login. Your CQUniversity user name and password, which is provided by ITD for all current staff, will enable you to login.  If you do not know your CQUniversity user name and login, you should contact the ITD Help Desk or log a request with ITD.

HR Electronic Forms

HR electronic forms are still available from within the HR website.

Workplace Relations Fact Sheet for New Employees

In accordance with new WorkChoices legislation, the University is required to provide all new employees with a Workplace Relations Fact Sheet within the period of 7 days of commencement of employment. The Fact Sheet can be found within the HR website.
